Trade with responsibility.

For sellers

Publish only accounts you own and are entitled to transfer under the provider's rules. Supply accurate descriptions and current media. Disclose ownership history, restrictions, region and recovery risks. Never publish passwords, recovery codes, identity documents or private messages in photos or video.

You agree not to reclaim, resell or interfere with an account after sale. Provide transferable email access and assist with the handover. NextGames may suspend listings or seller access while investigating misleading descriptions, fraud or account recovery.

Verification & evidence

Sellers must complete identity verification. Ownership statements are reviewed privately by NextGames. Verification identifies the person; it does not establish that every account is transferable or remove future recovery risks. Order messages, agreed listing details and actions are retained for support and dispute review.

Delivery & seller earnings

Listings require approval. The seller supplies access details privately for administrator review. The buyer checks access, changes password and recovery settings, then confirms delivery. Earnings remain pending for the order's stated review period and manual administrator release. The commission shown before submission is fixed for each order at purchase.

Released earnings may be requested for bank withdrawal. NextGames processes withdrawals manually after review. A request is not an instant bank transfer.

For buyers

Review the platform, region, description and transfer rules before paying. Use the order chat and protected reveal feature. Report an issue through the order dispute action before earnings release; after release, contact support. Refund decisions follow investigation and are credited to the buying wallet when approved.

Platform role

NextGames sells its own digital products and facilitates community account transactions. This workflow is not a promise of risk-free ownership or a licensed escrow service. Applicable law and the facts determine responsibility; identity verification does not automatically transfer all legal liability to the seller.
